Yes. This role focuses on Calgary and the surrounding area, where we know the market and can support you best. As Valiant Digital grows into new cities, reps who’ve built a track record with us here will be first in line for those opportunities.

As a Door Opener, you find the business, confirm they need a website, and book a discovery call that the owner or decision-maker actually attends. We take it from there, and you earn 10%. As a Closer, you run the whole sale – pitch, objections, signed agreement and paid deposit – and earn 25% to 30%. You can do both, deal by deal, and if you start as a Door Opener and close it yourself with our okay, you get the Closer rate.

Our packages, pricing and sales materials – plus a working preview of the client’s new home page for qualified meetings. Register the lead and book the meeting, and we’ll build a private preview from their current website, so you can show them exactly what they’d get instead of just describing it.

A deal counts as closed in the month we receive the deposit. You earn 25% on deals 1 to 3 in a calendar month, and 30% on deal 4 and every deal after that. The higher rate starts from your fourth deal (it isn’t applied back to the first three), and the count resets on the 1st of each month. Door Opener deals and add-ons don’t count toward the tier.

The website fee we charge, before GST and excluding pass-through costs like domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, stock images and other third-party licences. Commission is always based on the price actually collected.

Commission is earned on money we’ve actually collected. You get half when the client’s deposit clears, and half when the site is complete and the final payment clears. You’ll get a statement each month, and earned commission is paid by the 15th of the following month by e-transfer or direct deposit.

For 12 months after a client’s website deposit, you earn 10% on any additional service they buy – AI chat agents, voice AI, automation, extra pages, SEO, maintenance plans and more. One-time fees earn 10% of the fee collected, and monthly fees earn 10% of each payment collected during the 12-month window. You earn it whether or not you sold the add-on.

Email us the business name, contact person and date of first contact, and we’ll confirm within 2 business days. Once accepted, the lead is yours for 90 days. If they pay a website deposit in that window, you earn commission even if we finished the sale – the Closer rate if you closed it, the Door Opener rate if we did. Current and past clients, businesses we’ve been in touch with in the last 6 months, and inbound inquiries are house accounts and can’t be registered.

You’ll sell our published packages at published prices. Any discount, custom scope or payment plan needs our written approval first, and commission is based on the price actually collected. We issue every agreement and invoice – you focus on the relationship.

If we refund or reverse a payment, the commission on that money is reversed too and comes off your next commission payment. If nothing is due within 60 days, it’s repaid within 30 days of a written request.

You run your own business. You set your own hours and methods, use your own phone, computer and vehicle, and cover your own expenses unless we approve a cost in advance. There’s no base pay, and we don’t withhold income tax, CPP or EI – you handle your own taxes, and GST registration if your revenue requires it. You’re free to sell for other businesses, just not a competing web or digital agency, and all outreach needs to follow Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).

Either side can end the arrangement with 14 days’ written notice. Commission on money already collected is paid as normal, second halves are still paid on projects with a deposit in, registered leads keep their 90-day window, and add-on commission continues through each client’s 12-month window.
