Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Valiant Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Valiant Digital provides services on a professional best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
